The weekend soundtrack is provided by a collection of Manchester’s best party DJs; every Friday and Saturday night you’ll find Murkage Dave, Darka, Bad Osiris, Stylus or Klepto reppin’ the wheels of steel and playing a smooth blend of Hip-Hop, R&B, disco, garage and house to the bouncing masses.
Whether it’s a wild one after a hard day at the office and you want get those legs shakin’ to some bass filled bangers, or if you want to let off some steam by slapping some balls about in the ping pong room, Twenty Twenty Two is the basement of choice.
Painted throughout with ever-changing art from a roster of top Manchester street artists, Twenty Twenty Two is also a week-day hang-out with ping pong playable all night long and the bar staff will be on hand to test your skills, challenge you to a game or referee any dodgy line calls.
There’s an eclectic drinks menu on offer each and every day, including a happy hour of bargain basement prices 4 – 7pm Monday – Friday and special offers on Prosecco and cocktails from start to finish every Wednesday.
Tony Bennet, Events Manager says: “Twenty Twenty Two is a true representation of our customers; we give them a massive party each and every week, with the DJs that they want to dance to, the best drinks and a friendly and honest vibe. They see the same faces coming down the stairs week in week out, it’s their aim to keep giving them what they want as well as to continually improve our offering.”
With a capacity of 250 and three rooms, Twenty Twenty Two is also Manchester’s go-to venue for album and media launches, theatre productions, photo-shoots, creative networking events and exhibitions for both highly acclaimed and up and coming artists; the private room provides a blank canvas, a friendly atmosphere and helpful staff to produce the perfect event.
Event organisers and fans of the space include global hip-hop heavyweight Kendrick Lamar, Reebok, Converse, X-box, Dr Martens, Skiddle, Salford University, Channel 4, BBC, Top Shop, Red Bull, Foot Locker, Film 4, Bench, Kopparberg, Calvin Klein, Manchester Metropolitan University, Future Everything, Nokia and The Skinny.
Twenty Twenty Two has spaces available for hire 7 days a week and the whole venue is available 8am-3.30pm Monday – Friday, if you want it.
