I'm now 59. I loved Rosies for its amazing Jazz which was brilliant again. The wine was also good. The food was OK. I had a roast, nothing to write home about. The only thing I didn't like was the way we were spoken to about ordering our food. It seemed as though because we had booked a table at 2.15, we were expected to eat straight away but at Rosies it's a lovely place to sit and relax and drink and eat when you are ready but it seemed a problem. We were told the kitchen had to plan so we should really order and that they were expecting large parties and if we didn't order we may have to wait. We were not going to be rushed so when we were ready we asked to order and once again they had to check before allowing us to order. We didn't see any large groups appear whilst we were there! It just put us off a bit that we weren't allowed to eat when we wanted but all said and done it was a pleasant time, just for me not like the old days...
