I was really disappointed on a night out recently when Plain and Fancy were doing 2 4 1 cocktails. When at the bar, I asked the Barmaid if the cocktails were still 2 4 1-I was given the reply that they were. When I was finally served, the barman refused to give me the cocktails on the promo and demanded full payment! I was very disappointed at the poor communication between staff and inconsistency! We chose the venue because of the promotions and didn't expect to be stung! On a positive note-the tunes were good but we didn't hang around too long!
