We had a lovely meal and the staff were nice. We booked before to make sure we had a table. The only thing that let it down was a couple of people in the party had bottles of drinks that were out of date by 4 months, they did replace them and we ordered on the app and some of the drinks we paid for were not available.

I would not recommend. The manager is very rude and when replying to one of my friends review on here he made out for us to be late when we were there early and the other people were late due to traffic yet he kept harassing us. The manager also needs to stop getting so close to customers, Covid-19 read moreI would not recommend. The manager also needs to stop getting so close to customers, Covid-19 is still around... so much for keeping two metres apart! His rude and unprofessional manner was very uncalled for and to reply to a review the way he did doesn’t make O’Neills look good at all. They make you use hand sanitizer on your way in but not once did i see a member of staff cleaning the tables or them sticking to two metres.

The burger bun was terrible. I sent it back to only have them send me the same dried up bun again. Not very happy at all. I ended up just eating the chicken. I have to say after few hours I didn't feel to well. I should get a refund back .
