Opened by One Night Only frontman George Craig and his bandmate/brother Jimmy, the bar promises 'good beer, good music, good times.' Rock and roll posters deck the walls alongside neon signs, which all but guarantees you are entering a cool venue. Dotted around the place are artifacts from their time touring, with objects belonging to contemporary acts as The 1975's Matt Healey, lending the bar extra street cred. It also boasts friendly Chesterfield sofas with a pool table and pinball machine, suiting it as a great hangout.
But the rock and roll attitude doesn't mean they'll only be stocking Stella. Jimmy's boasts a wide selection of wine and beer, including the bar's own Jimmy's Lager, which is made by London brewery Portobello. While the brothers have gone out of their way to make sure the booze is of a certain standard, none of it breaks the bank. There's also basic-but-quality cocktails and bar snacks of scotch eggs, pork pies and sausage rolls.
