The restaurant's interiors are inspired by creator Aaron Mellor's travels, as well as paying homage to famous Mancunians. There will be private booths, and, most excitingly, a hidden gin palace that serves 63 types of gin. Other unusual touches include a molecular cocktail laboratory which will have an alcoholic mist condenser and a lickable Champagne bubble machine.
The fun continues in the downstairs 'Theatre Du Impossible', which is set to be an immersive nightlife experience with a catwalk, theatre and private VIP areas. On the ground floor, there is a restaurant operating from 12pm - 9pm.
The mezzanine floor features a hidden gin palace, boasting 63 gins from across the world and the molecular cocktail laboratory makes loads of weird concoctions. There’s also a cryogenic freezer that’ll create edible, frozen cocktails.
