Zigfrid von Underbelly of Hoxton

Me and my friend visited Zigfid Von Underbelly last night for Will Black Performance. We had a great time and experienced splendid live rock show. We would definitely come back. I do recommend this rock pub to others.

A nightmare... I am feeling very disappointed with my birthday celebration. We asked for cocktails and the jars of Morrito and Margaritas didn't have much alcohol on it and we had to send it back. After they came back, the margarita didn't have enough sugar. I have booked a table to 16-20 people and read moreA nightmare... I am feeling very disappointed with my birthday celebration. We asked for cocktails and the jars of Morrito and Margaritas didn't have much alcohol on it and we had to send it back. After they came back, the margarita didn't have enough sugar. I have booked a table to 16-20 people and when we ordered they didn't have enough steaks to swerve. We had to reordered and one person didn't have any choice of food on the menu. They offered nachos without charging it bu...t it felt very bad to my guests.The kitchen should have ordered enough food to attend the needs of a big booking or they should have asked me to check with my guests what they want to order and pre-order the food for us. The food took ages to arrive and I was the last one to be served. I thought that I was the host and birthday boy to have some priority. We were overcharged and had to review the bill. The table and especially the end of the table piled with glass and jars empty and I had to ask someone to clean it as more guests arrived. The waiter was very nice and friendly and did what was possible to do by himself to offer a great service but I think that if we have another person helping him would manage the service load.He also was split between serving the bar and attend our table.

Great venue, nice staff, good vibe. Book more bands!
