Ordered some food and not happy.. I mentioned it was cold and they said they cwould sort it, came back I tried it and appeared to hot,but as I got further into my food it was cold. The only reason I ate it was simply because I was really hungry and the only I didn't complain again was because I had appointment. Don't think I will hurry back shame.

Went in on new year eve... very quite .... and arrived before you started charging on the door. Decided to get two cocktails on the two for one offer so ended up with four pitchers. Have to say they were the worst cocktails I have ever tried and ended up leaving them as undrinkable. I would recommend that you actually taste the cocktails and if they aren’t selling I would update your menu. I wouldn’t even mind paying more for them than you do at the Wetherspoon across the way if they actually tasted nice. In the end we left and went across the way to get a cocktail that actually tasted nice... shame as you lost our sales and puts us off returning in future as your menu is limited in comparison to the other Venues in town. This used to be a place I enjoyed going to when it was a Yates - but since it changed hands it just gone more and more down hill. No customers and this is on a weekend night too, no atmosphere, drinks poor quality. Only good thing I can say is staff are always friendly and polite. It’s a shame, as could been a real earner after it had its make over... just become a place I wouldn’t want to spend my whole evening in or really visit anymore and would rather go to the likes of oneils, turtle bay etc and spend a bit more for a drink am going to enjoy.
