Age Restrictions
18+ only event.
We operate a Challenge 25 policy whereby any person entering the festival or buying alcohol who looks under the age of 25 will be asked for identification to prove their age. Valid forms of identification include; passport, driving licence or photogrpahic ID with the pass logo on.

There is a no re-entry policy at the event. The festival site contains everything you will require at the event including; food, drink, cash machines, and toilets.

Disabled Access
The site is accessible for disabled people. If you are registered as being disabled, your carer can attend the event for free to assist you on the day providing you both bring the relevant identification and documentation.

Strictly a non-camping festival where guests are required to leave the park at the end of the day.

Cash Machines
There are cash machines onsite. Transactions are subject to surcharges.

Food and Drink
Outside food and drink is not allowed in the festival site. Please bring a doctor’s note if you have a specific dietary requirement. On site we have a wide variety of reasonably-priced bars and traders providing food and drink all day as well as water points. Security will be searching everyone on entry and alcohol will be confiscated.

Search Policy
For the safety of customers and staff, security will be searching people on entry. Please ensure you are not carrying any banned items as they will be confiscated and you may be removed from the festival site and handed over to the police where necessary.
Banned site items: Illegal drugs, legal highs, fireworks, laser pens, selfie sticks, alcohol, chairs, tables, BBQs, animals (exclusing guide dogs), glass and weapons.

Ticket Touting
Do not buy tickets from anywhere or anyone other than the official ticket outlets. Fake tickets will not be allowed entry and will not be refunded. Anyone caught ticket touting will have their tickets removed and be banned from the event.

You will receive your eticket a few moments after purchasing online. Please note tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. We recommend you buy your tickets in advance to avoid disappointment of them selling out in advance.

Safety and Valuables
We run a safe festival, but we recommend taking some simple steps to maximise enjoyment of the event:
Avoid bringing unnecessary valuables - if you don’t need it, don’t bring it!
Keep money, mobile phones and cameras on you at all times.
If you have had something stolen - please check with lost property if it has been handed in before reporting it to the police.
Be discreet with your belongings.

Keep your phone out of sight in your pocket or handbag when not in use.
