Great product - wear their t-shirts and overshirts almost every day. Customer service has always been very good when I've needed to exchange or return something.

I can not find a number or email of how to return a beautiful jacket I have purchased for husband for XMas. I have purchased 6 of the same style, a MEDIUM for all of them. This last jacket came with super short arm length and he can not wear it. It’s like they sewed the wrong arms on the coat. I went to Fed Ex and the cost to return to you is far more than the coat itself. Please help me find a way to return and exchange. We love the jackets.

Totally crazy their return period during the holidays in the middle of a pandemic is so short. For such an elevated brand, their customer service is not.
