Booked for Valentines. Terrible decision, it had more of a trendy bar vibe than a restaurant. Our order was forgotten then when the food came out it was terrible quality. They charge gastro pub prices and driver food that would be sent back in Wetherspoons.

Dreadful customer service. We had to wait over 50 mins for our food and we were the only people dinning ! To be fair when our food finally arrived it was nice. My wife went to the bar and ask for to pay the bill, whilst paying the bill she noticed a flyer advertising 2 course for £12, she ask why we hadn't be told about the deal when ordering ? The guy replied ' I forgot' !!!! She then commented that the complementary WiFi wasn't working, his rely was ' mine does' !!!. To the the slim guy with glasses who represents The Watermark you customer service skills are shocking and your attitude stinks !

After noon tea. Sandwiches, dry bread, scones rubbery, cake like pudding but very generous with jam and cream. Pleasant surroundings and waitress.
