It's in a useful location if you're in the City, and their food is fairly competent. It's somewhat overpriced, but particularly useful for private functions, as they have lots of different rooms you can use, generally at low or no cost.

I often visit here during lunchtime with a friend and the only reason is because it's quiet - with a good reason. Pricey and few choices on menu.
