We had dinner in Wimbledon and decided to go to the Watershed afterwards, we have been there so many times and even though we know the read moreI just would like to speak about the treatment my husband, friends and I received tonight (26/10/2014) by the unprepared hostess or whatever the front door lady was. We had dinner in Wimbledon and decided to go to the Watershed afterwards, we have been there so many times and even though we know the place is not the hot spot in Wimbledon we always had fun and were treated honestly and in a loving way. Tonight the hostess (she works for Watershed for a long time, because we h...ad seeing her many times) was treating people like cattle, yelling and being extremely rude. That's understandably at some point, not acceptably, but we know that dealing with drunk people is not easy.....but we were not the case...She was rushing us. We showed her our before 12:30 entrance yellow free voucher, given by Watershed before we left the other night, and she said that those vouchers were only for Friday. I said that there was no mention about the day of the week. She lost her cool, was extremely rude and said that we had to pay any way and didn't care at all. We agreed to pay and gave her the pink voucher(before midnight), still she was being rude and demanding for cash. When I told her that the yellow voucher didn't have any specific day of the week to be used she called security and we got escorted out. If that is what you call costumer service I understand why the club is always empty, But if you care! You should offer proper training to your staff. The security guys which are usually the "bad ones" are always polite, friendly and professional, but with the education level of this lady (girl) I could only be seeing her sweeping the streets rather than hosting a club and dealing with the public in the heart of Wimbledon. You not only lost regulars but you lost people that supported you and was always advertising you.
