Love live lounge, reasonable prices and usually great entertainment. Something needs to be done about the 'cloakroom' situation though. Waiting for 40 minutes to get coats back at the end of the night is not acceptable. 2 people serving behind the small bar upstairs who are also responsible for going to get coats. Luckily our taxi waited for us. Not great when the the young girl behind the bar tells you that she is busy serving 'paying customers'. Especially when we had been paying customers for the previous 3 hours!

Loved the music, cheap drinks and the security staff are fantastic. Felt very safe! I wish the seating was more organized and really didn't like the guy selling aftershave in the toilets.
