Comfy armchairs, a Punkah fan, a copper panelled ceiling and rustic tables coupled with the deep red and dark wood colouring make up the decor. There is also a basement bar seating area that plays home to a library, snaking rope lights and modern art on the walls.
Pretty cool pub that is a bit tucked away if you don't know the area. Good decor and the vibe is pretty good. Bands play in the basement which can also be hired out. Short walk back to the centre of town and just a stones throw from the beach.
Great bar staff, lovely music and cheap drinks very welcoming. Only downsides are the basement is a bit musty and there isn't a light above the men's bathroom which means you often get random wanderers struggling to find it.
Pretty cool pub - not for the faint hearted, super loud music and well priced beer. Good for a night out
