It’s also right opposite the Arndale Centre and some of the city’s other major shopping areas, making it popular with those looking to take the weight off their feet after a bit of retail therapy.
The pub has a reputation for being very female-friendly, and you will often find families frequenting on weekends for Sunday lunches - the food is tasty and very good value for money.
