After standing in the door for 10 minutes, being acknowledged and ignored I sat myself down. After sitting down on the only set table (all the other empty tables still dirty) I was served 2 glasses of sangria half filled with ice because “you get more in the glasses anyway” according to the only waitress on the floor. No manager to be seen, 2 bartenders behind the bar and one chef. For a Thursday night there definitely needed to be more support on the floor for this girl as the restaurant was a mess. After ordering our food and finishing our sangria, the waitress was nowhere to be seen, so I walked up to the bar from my table and sorted myself out with a bottle of wine and brought it back to my table..as if restaurants are now half self service?! Around 9:30 another man appears on the floor, dropping the bill half way through our meal. As I asked him when they close (the door and website says 1am) he says “11/12/1 depending.” Following this he then persists to come over during our meal to constantly clear things off the table (trying to rush us to leave) and then comes over with a card machine asking for payment before we have even finished eating. I’ve never left a review but this service was appalling and I would avoid at all costs. Groupon states the meal was worth £70, would have rather stayed at home and made it ourselves! Nice wine tho

Visited the resturant today. Staff do not seat you even if you wait at the door or have a reservation. Not enough staff to cover all the tables and therefore made service slow. I will never ever go there again. Never in my life. Very bad crowd. Everyone was staring at us. It was a girls night and we wanted to enjoy ourselves. From 2 min to 2 min a guy was coming to invite us to dance. Cheap cheap cheap
