Total disappointment, advertised as a luxurious hotel far from it 1. Cleaning service was horrendous - maid comes at 5pm and makes the bed and gives you towels, floors left filthy, garbages left full, etc. 2. At 5pm our electricity was turned off due to a nose complaint from another guest, was not turned back on until 10am next day after complaining 4 times 3. Pool service is horrible takes 20minutes to get a water 4. Pool is dated and filthy ... 5. Our safe was broken and never replaced 6. Cigarette butts that were not ours were found on our balcony
