Went to the cascada show last night and loved her performance she was amazing but that was the only good thing about the place! I was disappointed the bar staff have no clue! No customer service skills, changing prices from 5 bottles of fosters or vs for £10 then saying the deal ain't on! Make your minds up, very expensive for drinks! The door staff were friendly and professional, when a drunk customer started annoying the two girls the doorman moved him away :-) not surprised the bad views on the place such a shame.

The best staff ever worked here. Unfortunately it's now closed. Hope they all find new jobs ideally together.
