Got left standing for 30 mins for the kids desert. Then they messed up the bill, over charging by £40 until it was pointed out, then got no apologies at all. The staff then left us standing and carried on there own conversation without telling Us the transaction was complete.
Really nice bar and great food. A big thanks to Catt who was very pleasant and helpful.
