Revolution

Not bad cocktail bar in the basement - they used to have a live DJ on Thursdays but don't think that happens anymore. I've never hung around the ground floor, but the basement bar is nice and it has an outside smoking area too which is quite nice.

Great place to go for drinks, but only every once in a while as it can be a very expensive night if you don't have a rev card. Amazing for food, I was really surprised at how good it was and how big the portions were considering the prices were on par or even cheaper than the likes of nandos. Amazing for food, I was really surprised at how good it was and how big the portions were considering the prices were on par or even cheaper than the likes of nandos. Staff were very attentive and we didn't have to wait long for anything. Atmosphere downstairs is brilliant, and it's nice and quiet upstairs if that's what you prefer. One thing I did notice was that they still had plastic straws, lots of other businesses have moved on to paper alternatives and I'd like to see the same in Revolution!

Good drinks, prices not too bad, friendly crowd, will be back.
