Lovely tasty food...went with friends, empty but we had a great evening chatting and catching up. Food took some time to arrive but worth the wait....

Disgraceful service. Arrived for our Christmas Lunch with approx 30 guests. We sat down to eat at 1pm and ordered starters. 1 hour later starters arrived. Desserts were ordered. 1 hour later and after requesting to speak with Manager Desserts were served. Manager was unavailable, no one would tell us why there was such a delay on food service. A waitress did go to the kitchen to find out what the problem was on several occasions and finally told us that the kitchen staff were having to supply an outside venue with the same menu as we were given and admitted that they had run out of desserts for us and had to provide the other venue before us. The food was warm, plates cold. Needless to say we will never use Reids again and never recommend anyone else to either. Our Christmas Lunch was totally ruined.

Great venue, impressive building and nicely presented inside. Lovely staff are happy to help. Good food too.
