Due to the high volume of people there was a lot of pushing and shoving, however there was one person who was doing it irrationally and started to annoy people. The bouncer saw this and then came over to take him away, in this process the person hit my girlfriend, I therefore pushed him away defending her. I then got kicked out and banned for life, despite complaint to managers and to check CCTV of what really happened. Didn't even get to see Sean Kingston. I got told I shouldn't get banned for long but upon checking I'm banned for life, for what? Protecting the innocent? Issue is your staff don't care to find out who actually instigated anything or who acted correctly/ not, causing other people's night and future nights to be ruined.

If he was such a bigshot, why is he standing out in the cold, working nights, for £10.00 an hour - my little sister makes more than that working at mcdonalds, and she's 17. Go back to college and get a real job, clown. This is the problem with idiots, give them a high vis jacket and a 2 way radio and they think somehow that makes up for having a double digit IQ.
