The Cocktail bar is in what was originally a storeroom for the old suit company above. The bar is named the Discount Suit Company in homage to the existing original sign and business on Pettycoat Lane.

The Discount Suit Company wants to incorporate all the things we love within this bar focusing on great cocktails with traditional methods and forgotten classic recipes. All accompanied by the sound of Northern Soul!

We hope to achieve a laid back and informal drinking atmosphere where locals and people from out of town can come and visit us and have a good time Beers, spirits and wine also available.

Considered one of the top 50 bars in London and one of the top 10 speakeasy bars. Small, quaint with access from the street down some black steps with the entrance covered by a black scary curtain. I am going to be mugged, not really but very awesome entrance to this London jewel.

Superb bar. Well-delivered concept and feels very quiet, almost secretive. The entrance is quite hidden and deceptive but once you head down the stairs, you’re met with one of London’s best bars in the centre of the City. My personal favourite cocktail on the menu was the Coffee Cocktail which was superbly mixed but this is an excellent menu. Bar staff was very friendly and accommodating to questions. Just a great experience and I really would recommend anyone looking for a classic bar with great atmosphere and a ‘speakeasy’ style to give it a try.

Hidden in a empty road we arrived around 10pm and it was nice to find 10 people in total. Quiet and nice to drink something. The special drink was very nice, the one ordered from the Menu was not my fav but will be back for sure.
