Staff don't have a clue, ordered kids a macaroni cheese off the menu to be told they couldn't have it because they couldn't put it through the till. Also heard staff swearing through the radio to woman behind bar in front of my kids

All staff were stood around end off bar chatting instead of checking back on meals or i woulda of told them not that they wouldn't of noticed full meal was untouched apart from attempting to cut n try a tiny piece of the steak which was also put back on the plate.
