Formerly a popular street food stall, Platzki gained some greater prominence following its pop up residency at The Kitchens in Spinningfields. Taking over the site previously occupied by B.eat Street, this quirky restaurant on Deansgate Mews is the brainchild of duo Lukasz Mazurek and Przemek Marcinkowski who launched Platzki with the aim of making traditional Polish food into something a little more adventurous.
