Came out for my 19th birthday with friends and family. Gave the girl on reception £10 and got a £5 back, I then realised I wanted to pay for mine and my sisters coats (both of which could fit on one hanger) so gave the girl my £5 and got £4 back which is all good. Gave the girl on reception £10 and got a £5 back, I then realised I wanted to pay for mine and my sisters coats (both of which could fit on one hanger) so gave the girl my £5 and got £4 back which is all good. Then my sister comes in and pays £10 and doesn’t recieve any change because apparently she isn’t owed anything??? Me and my sister both question it as she’s owed £5 change (obviously) both girls continue to ignore us and laugh straight in our faces, knowing they were ripping us off. Security guards then come in and tell us to go upstairs otherwise we’ll get kicked out, we refuse as we are still owed £5, so then they drag my sister outside, and tell her she’s not allowed back in because we aren’t ‘respecting the rules. Absolutely shocking staff at the club now, rude and taking pure advantage of drunk people. Won’t be returning anytime soon, and when I do I’ll be expecting that £5 change we’re owed.
