Can't see this place lasting long keep turning people away because of no i.d even tho they look well over 30 and 2 gobby doormen

Me and the other guy I worked with were told one thing when we started and then another when I finally got paid after two weeks of constant harrasment to them. The "Manager" (who's only 21) is so retarded he doesnt even know his staffs rate of pay and when asked, becomes aggressive and informs you he "has lots more to... worry about"- if you can't hack the job son then leave! Aside from them lying to their staff, treating them like complete and total shite, not paying them and when you finally do its the wrong amount anyway. I feel its important to let people know exactly what happened to me so they don't make the mistake I did of thinking this place is anything more then a shitty nightclub struggling to even get 300 people in the door despite it being in the city centre, and forget working here. If someone had told me how they treat their staff I never ever would have waisted my time with them and I feel its important people don't make my mistake. I think one star is far to much !
