Housed in Hotel Indigo, it's just minutes from Victoria station, and sits on the border of central Manchester and the bohemian Northern Quarter.
From British ingredients through to themed cocktails, it's all about authenticity with a modern take. There's the restaurant; adorned with plush booths and statement lighting, a central brass bar and a spacious cafe where you can pick up a range of light bites, from soup and sandwiches, to a decadent afternoon tea.
When it comes to the food, chef Andrew Green is cooking up a storm. Feast on mouthwatering Lancashire beef wellington, Dover sole and Cumbrian pork chops all washed down with classic cocktails from Sazeracs to Kir Royales. The wine selection is just as impressive; with over 40 bottles to choose from.
