All that was taken was my number. So I asked for the manager, after being treated like a liar, (as if I'm that desperate for 10 pound), I thought I'd finally got through and she took my name as well as my number. After being reassured I would be called personally by the manager either the day after or the start of Monday, probably assumed I was drunk and wouldn't remember, a week later still no call. Since I live the other end of the country, I haven't bothered to follow up myself, hope they use the money the extra money they kept to hire staff capable of giving the correct change. The inside is quite plain, there are much better places to go and after being drinking in Newcastle for over 15 years, places where they'll get your change correct or at least where they have the decency to follow up on your complaints.

Diabolical too loud too busy. Cheap drink. Music too loud. It's not Label anymore it's Retro with minimal changes
