LAB has kept this ethos throughout the ages and has trained personnel for many of London's best known bars; as well as showcasing amazing cocktail artists in our own venue. The culmination of this academic institution came in 1999, when the training school was transformed into LAB Bar. LAB still pushes the boundaries - and sets the bar - of creating great cocktails served with skill, a cheeky wink, and if you're nice maybe a shot. Over its 16 year history, LAB has created and hosted some of London's most creative bartenders. This has resulted in LAB compiling one of the biggest and most unique cocktail menus in the UK, a menu which is consistently being developed. These cocktail menus have become collectors' items for bartenders worldwide, and have been spotted as far as Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. LAB has continued to challenge the world of drink creation, and, to any true spirit aficionado, the menu reads like a winning lottery ticket: premium spirits complimented with fresh juices, fruits, herbs, and spices.
