At 42 years old, it's been a read moreI went to Fletchers last night to have a drink with my son and his girlfriend, and was confronted with two of the most sarcastic and patronising door supervisors I've come across in the last 25 years. They refused to let my wife and I in as I wasn't carrying my photo id. At 42 years old, it's been a long time since I felt the need to carry id. Rules are one thing but the doormen were trying to wind up other people who they clearly didn't want to let in. Young lads were being told they couldn't get in because they were drunk when they weren't. Sarcasm is not the way to talk to potential customers, it causes problems. It appears to me that the doormen decide who they are letting in and wind everyone else up. Clearly I am too old to drink in Fletchers, bad order! There's no signs and no mention of the id requirements on your website!
