Love this place feels like a 2nd home great atmosphere friendly staff even has smokig area 2 floors has a dance floor. Drinks are not exspensive always great time when i go

Queued up for about 10 minutes to get into flame. When I was at the front I couldn't find my ID so was asked to step to the side to find it. (They had let my 3 other friends in). When I was at the front I couldn't find my ID so was asked to step to the side to find it. (They had let my 3 other friends in). I did step to the side, found it after a minute of looking and showed it to the security guy called Leo. However by that time he had decided to take a disliking to me and wouldn't let me in anymore. When I questioned why, he ignored me - aso I asked to speak to a manager. A manager came down to try and resolve it but Leo said he wouldn't let me in as I had questioned why he wouldn't let me in in the first place and that i couldnt find my ID straight away. Absolutely ridiculous, it's as if he couldn't back down now. Neither would give me his last name and the manager wouldn't even give me their first name. I am 25 and was with two 25 year olds and a 50 year old. None of us had had too much to drink or were underage. I have never been here before but have heard there are a lot of problems getting to the bar among other things. We ended up going to the casino who normally have a much stricter policy on letting people in. If I were you I wouldn't waste £10 getting in here when you could just go to the casino for the same music, cheaper drinks and better atmosphere.

The nightlife is okai though, free entry , just drinks very expensive so pre heavy before entering ...
