The bouncers are absolute dickheads! Would not let me in for no reason while letting other people in! I was completely sober and polite! At the end of a great night I noticed my bag was missing. The security guys did all they could to help me but it was gone. I left feeling devastated. This morning I tried calling my phone and one of your security guys, john, answered my phone and told me he rescued my bag from a guy leaving the club. He dropped my bag to me this morning with everything in it. I just want to say a special thank u to John. I'm over the moon it was returned thank u so much
