Absolutely a horrible experience trying to open an account if you're not from this country. I have been trying for a month to open an account, while my ID papers were fine there was always an issue with proof of address. I have been trying for a month to open an account, while my ID papers were fine there was always an issue with proof of address. I was told a letter from my employer would be fine, I was then told I was in the country too long for the letter to be accepted. I then brought in my NiNo letter, AGAIN I was told this was fine and what do I get? An email telling me they have cancelled my pending account because I haven't brought in any documents? I HAVE brought in documents MANY times. Either way, after this experience I will NEVER recommend nor use this Bank again.
