As a UK wide traveller and a spoons regular I have to say the service was poor.
This Wetherspoon pub occupies the ground floor and cellar of Penderel House, named after Richard Penderel. At the end of the Civil War, in 1652, he helped King Charles II to escape from Cromwell's troops by hiding the royal fugitive in an oak tree on his country estate.

Love it everytime we come here beautiful food friendly staff.. fast services highly recommended 5 ☆
This must be wetherspoons worst venue, waited and waited to be served, staff serving people in no order. Duty manager walked passed me, and I asked him why the service was this way, he didn’t speak to me, acknowledge me, simply walked away and still left me waiting. Lost for words !
