A complete rip off. Boxing day originally advertised as 16 to 18's. My daughter, age 17, got 8 tickets for her and friends (£1 booking fee on each). They have now been stood outside for 2 hours and are being told it's over 18's. I checked the website with her when she booked and it was definitely 1 read more
Wouldn't even give this place one star. Given my family TEN DAYS to rearrange my 21st birthday. And no help doing so! Ive never been so upset and angry before, but the manager should not work in this industry if he clearly doesn't know how to communicate effectively and look after his customers !!!!
Piss poor they never answer the phone numbers given on the website.. ignore e mails and texts... tried to contact them for 4 weeks to book a private party waste of time and energy !!!
