We joined the first pub (Translate bar) at 9 pm. It was written on the website that the group stayed at the first pub until 9.15 pm and that we just had to call the guide on the phone number indicated. I even send an email in the afternoon to inform you of our arrival hour and give you my phone number. We s...end a text message at the guide number (+44 7769 372 851) around 8.45 to inform him of our arrival. When we arrive at the bar the group was already gone. We've tried to call the guide number but the number was'nt available. We've tried to call every numbers written in your website, none of them were working. We even ask the bouncer of the Translate bar to call you with his UK phone, it was still unvailable. We've tried to join you until 23.30 without succes. It was the worst New Year eve of our lives ! This is so unacceptable !
