Venue was dark and dinghy and devoid of and stand out higher end touches like that of the previous venue, an unfitting affair for such extortionate prices!! £30 afternoon tea package and I received 1 glass of prosecco on entry which I had to chase only to be sat at the fate style table and bench, suited apparently for 15 people but really suited for 10 to 12 max!!, our group was issued with 4 afternoon tea arrangements fitting for approx 10 to 12 people and the cakes were stale, there was 15 of us! The drinks games provided NO DRINKS and some of us didn't receive the 2nd complimentary drink bucks fizz/ orange. There was no internet so therefore many of the drinks vouchers were a hassle to honour plus we couldn't pay without cash. Those that did get drinks vouchers honoured by the bar including me, found the cocktails extremely weak. So £30 for eff all really and £24 for insipid cocktails. All in all a complete rip off! Never again !

As soon as my hen do arrived I was asked to pay £450 up front for drinks because we was seated in a vip booth (a table upstairs in an empty club) service was poor in fact shocking. Constantly pestering us to spend more money. The only good thing about the place was the music. Don't ever hire a vip booth it's not worth the money or hassle you get. I definitely won't be returning and advise others thinking of going here don't bother save your money and go somewhere else.

Went to last nights ‘greatest showman sing along’ and can honestly say it was one of the worst experiences I’ve encountered.
