Your website is possibly the worst & your customer service staff. Why make it so impossible to book tickets online & when I called the box office the rudest guy ever answered and laughed down the phone when I explained that my tickets had disappeared. Disgusting attitude.

Applied for a job that I generally believe I stood a fair chance at with my experience. Instead she'd emailed me saying yes they'd received it but unfortunately I was unsuccessful. I have asked for feedback but yet to receive some. By the sounds of your reviews, you could've done with hiring me! Such a let down that they don't have the decency to inform you or give you feedback to improve. Disappointing.
