In three simple steps, you have a choice of noodles, fillings, and sauce (£6.95). Egg, soba, and thick udon noodles make up the first step, with prawns, duck, and tofu featuring among the fillings. Saucy selections include sweet and sour, black bean, and mint and chilli options. Meanwhile, Thai fish cakes (£4.50), vegetable spring rolls (£3.95), and crispy sesame toast (£3.95) are among the sides, and appetised bellies can then retire to the elegant bar and pick drinks from the vodka, rum, or whiskey based cocktails (up to £6.50).
