One star is generous but I can't give no stars; we weren't even allowed into this bar because we were in fancy dress (quite tasteful I must add). How sad to have our night marred by such rude doormen. I always thought the Scots would have been up for a good time, having watched the annual Hogmanay celebrations on tv. We'd have done better to stay in Newcastle and support our own local businesses.

Had the lamb burger and it was awesome! So juicy! The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because I think the portion of chips could of been bigger.
