Pretty sure you scan everyone's ID's as they enter, but yet you are having trouble tracing her coming in? Weird.. Seems like someone wants to gain a nice new coat or you're all a bit thick and can't work a computer? Police will be involved for theft soon. Oh and don't comment asking her to email - Its with your Head Office (so you say) as the Norwich team struggle to do their job or communicate.
