Where to Watch the Euros in Manchester

Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the past month, which admittedly a lot of us have been doing, you’ll probably be aware that the Euros are coming up this weekend. Italy V Turkey will be kicking things off (if you’ll pardon the pun) on the 11th June.

Can Wales reproduce their legendary Euro 2016 semi-final? Will England replicate their unforgettable but ultimately unsuccessful World Cup performance in 2018? How will Scotland do in their first major tournament of the century? We can’t wait to find out, preferably at one of these bars in Manchester, with a pint in one hand and a hotdog in the other…

1. The Oust House

This rooftop terrace is one of the best in the city, in the heart of Spinningfields. With this glorious weather, I can’t think of any better way to watch the footie than on one of Oust’s enormous screens perched high on a rooftop bar. Any Mancunian knows that Oust can get pretty busy at this time of year, with or without the Euros, so be sure to book your table here *asap*.

Just follow this link.

2. Café Football

Judging by the name of this place, Café Football is probably one of the most ideal places to catch every moment of the action over the next month. Sports bar meets restaurant, this place is somewhere you can relax with a pint on their five-a-side themed rooftop bar or tuck into some pretty delicious food, all themed around the beautiful game. We’re game.

3. 4TheFans Fanpark

Now, this is something to get excited about. A huge, dedicated fan park down in Trafford, 4TheFans features three huge anti-glare screens with a world-class sound system, food, drinks and a slice of that all-important big game atmosphere that we’ve all been missing over the past year. What a way to celebrate the fans, eh?

Book your space here.

4. Great Northern Beach Club

Southern fairies can keep their Dorset beach huts, the Great Northern Beach Club is celebrating everything great about the North. You and your mates will find a quaint little terrace all decked out with party sheds, each one offering up unrivalled football watching opportunities. Each hut has it’s own screen so you can keeps socially distanced whilst watching the footie with your mates.

5. The Director’s Box

Boasting one of the best sports bars in Manchester, it’s inevitable that we’d be including The Director’s Box on our list. Showing all the live sporting action, the venue's many screens, fully stocked bar and high-end vibes, make it the perfect place to see the big game and catch up with all that draught-beer drinking we’ve been missing out on over lockdown. Two birds, one stone.

Don’t forget to book here.

Come on England!!
