2,000 Trees Festival celebrate 10th Year Anniversary!

The UK’s special rock festival and award-winning ‘Independent Festival’, winters UK festival award in London’, winner of the ‘Supporting of Emerging Talent Award’ and ‘A Greener Festival Award’ is approaching this 7th-9th July 2016 near the Cotswolds hills in the glistening countryside at Upcote Farm, Gloucestershire!

Who will be performing?

These year’s summer shenanigans will see bands Twin Atlantic and Refused headlining the UK’s best rock festival! Twin Atlantic will bring back the memories from when they last performed, back in 2010, and Refused will relive the moment they first performed their first record, ‘Freedom’.

Other band favourites performing this year will include, Moose Blood, WSTR, While She Sleeps, Palm Reader, The Smith Street Band, Max Raptor, Blood Youth, Kagoule, Trash Boat, Beasts, Black Foxxes, Muncie Girls, Tigercub, Bellevue Days, Jim Lockey and many more rockers to be announced!

The last year’s 2,000 trees event has become so popular with the likes of bands such as, Frank Turner, Future of the Left, Wild Beasts, Bombay Bicycle Club, Metronomy, Pulled Apart By Horses, And So I Watch You From Afar, The Xcerts, George Ezra, Marmozets, Lucy Rose, Luke Sital-Singh, Slaves, Wolf Alice, Lonely The Brave, Nothing But Thieves, Alkaline Trio, Deaf Havana, Idlewild, Frightened Rabbit, Blood Red Shoes, The Bronx, Hundred Reasons, Band of Skulls, Young Guns, The Skints, Bury Tomorrow, Public Service Broadcasting, Dan le Sac vs Scroobius Pip, Gallows, Lower than Atlantis and more, making this year’s event one to really live by!

What’s on?

Rock fans can roar away in hidden tents with 9 onsite stages hosting the best rock artists! Hidden tents will consist of acoustic or a silent disco too consisting of two onsite stages which will be available from 11pm-3am for you night-time owls!

Make sure you stay rehydrated with plenty of water as I know moshing away really takes it out of you! Otherwise, you can treat yourself with local alcoholic drinks such as beer or wine for a fine refreshing affair! There will also be plenty of diverse quality food cuisines to keep up your appetite too!

For a more relaxing vibe or for the ultimate ‘TIME-OUT’ then there will be a recreational games area, so you can take that much needed breather whenever…

Transport & Accomodation

‘The Big Green Shuttle Bus’ will do all the work, so just sit back and relax! This service will run from Cheltenham Spa train station to the festival at allocated times, throughout the two days!
