Possibly the most eye-catching drinking venue in the city; Cinnabar is the crown jewel of the Vermilion complex. The charming cocktail bar is a fantasy world of futuristic art, culture and sound; with a design that does nothing but compliment such an identity and a soothing, exotic atmosphere that suits all moods. It is open Thursday to Saturday and is primed for the Manchester weekend crowd; with casual seating to be found throughout and semi-secluded ‘cocoon beds’ available for groups looking for even more comfort, intimacy and extravagance, complete with personal wait service; perfect to kick back and relax in after a hard week of work.

It has previously hosted shindigs for a number of prestigious organisations, including both of the world famous Manchester football clubs, football governing body UEFA, major drinks brand Coca Cola and clothing brand Emporio Armani; as well as the conservative/labour party conference and the Ricky Hatton after fight party. The room can fit up to 150 people and offers its own bar, dance-floor, sound system and a choice of enticing dining opportunities; so drink hard (but not too hard), party down, and eat to your hearts content!
