Missoula – Britain’s Big Sky Country Bonanza!
What’s your night out style? Do you prefer a chilled night, where you can sit and chat with friends (or that certain someone over the intimacy of candlelight) under ambient background music? Or are you one that likes to hit the dance floor and stay there until your feet drop off? Why settle for one, when you can have both at Missoula? A brand that is brimming with style, sophistication and the ‘big sky country’ feel of Montana, where the people love hunting and eating local game, brewing beer and mixing amazing margaritas amongst magnificent scenery and amazing backdrops! The brand is a member of the Stonegate Pub Company, a leading hospitality and pub group with over 620 bars, pubs and clubs across the UK; and it is home to two different styles of venue, the Missoula Nightclub and the Missoula Montana Bar and Grill.
Missoula Nightclub and Bar
By day a relaxed and friendly place to grab a bite (or a midday cocktail), by night a party destination full of style and substance without that air of pretension; the Missoula Nightclub and Bar is perfect for both the early risers and the night crawlers. Combining an eclectic mix of great music played by the latest DJ’s with a sumptuous menu that is complete with a range of delicious cocktails and truly great bar food, the club can be found in nine locations across the country, from Romford to Glasgow; with each venue offering something a little different in terms of events and theme nights.
If you’re in Manchester, make your way over on a Friday between 4pm and 8pm for ‘Work hard, Play hard’, where Cocktails are 2-4-1 and pints of Amstel are just £2.95; whilst those in Chester should make their way to Mix Tape every Thursday with DJ Mitchman, where you’ll receive free entry all night and the drinks start at £3.00 and shots at just £1.00! For the Glasgow crowd, Tuesday offers live music in the form of acoustic performer GREGGOR, whilst on Wednesday you will be treated to a taste of the traditional in the form of an old fashioned pub quiz! Where you’ll be given the opportunity to win yourself (and your team of course!) a premium bottle of vodka, whilst every team also gets a chance to win a £50 bar tab with Play your cards right! Whilst it is the place to be for the football on a Sunday, with all of the live games shown in the bar; accompanied by 25% off food all day and some fantastic drinks offers, as well as a live DJ from 5pm!
If you’re looking to set up a group activity, look no further than Missoula! Perfect for a special occasion, such as that of a stag/hen do or a birthday party; the club has much to offer that will make any occasion that little bit more special! Book one of their exclusive booths and enjoy being treated like a VIP in intimate surroundings with your nearest and dearest; complete with a queue jumping capability and a private waitress service that serve to provide a hassle-free night! Additionally, why not sign up for a Missoula Cocktail Masterclass? Where for just £25.00 per head expert bar tenders will teach you how to make (and allow you to drink!) two world famous cocktails, the Mojito and the Cosmopolitan; and as an added extra, you will be provided with a glass of Prosecco on arrival and a hot finger buffet to keep your stomach lined, before you are asked to take a seat on the Jager train at the end of the session!
Missoula Montana Bar and Grill
Holding all of the charming essence of the ‘Seat of Montana’, the Bar and Grill combines casual dining with the big sky country feel that is associated with the brand; offering a variety of dishes that have been inspired by the city and its people, from bison, to trout, to amazing beef, steak and ribs cooked in true Missoulan fashion. It is not merely a restaurant though, nor it is just a theme bar or a cocktail club; it is a concept that combines all of these elements under three beautiful roofs nationwide, in York, Nottingham and Milton Keynes.
The bar is complete with one of the friendliest atmospheres around, with a stunningly authentic Montana interior design and hospitality that is a step above most other places creating a new and welcoming environment that is like no other on the British high-street. Sing along to some awesome American Countryana tunes whilst sipping (or guzzling) your way through an extensive list of cocktails, alcoholic milkshakes, wines and a draught range that’s a little bit different from the norm; and if you do your research (or get a little lucky) you will be able to catch one of their fabulous live shows or theme nights. Just be sure to book, as tables can often be hard to come by!
