With 46 unique establishments, Novus leisure is known for being the UK’s largest operator of bars, restaurants and late night experiences. Balls Brothers of London

Born during a lifetime of growth and change, Balls Brothers of London is part of London’s heritage; constantly evolving, the chain of wine bars and restaurants has come a long way from its beginnings as a wine merchant, and now holds eight different venues across London. The brand is known for providing high quality products and experiences at fair prices, and has been doing so ever since “quality first’ appeared on Austin Ball’s first price list in 1860. Reserve a table in one of Balls Brothers fine establishments and be treated to a night of luxurious elegance that suits your particular taste; scattered around the city, their sites have a variety of offerings and can be found close by to some of London’s famous and most historic landmarks. For the fish lover, look no further than Gow’s Restaurant. Found on Old Broad Street, this classically styled oyster bar offers the freshest seafood in town and is in the prime location to give diners a view of the world rushing by. Enjoy an exquisite view of the Gherkin at Bury Court, with a ‘buzzy atmosphere’ enhanced by its high ceilings and open kitchen. Part of the Balls Brothers before being acquired by Novus, the Lewis and Clarke brand owns a number of diverse bars and restaurants in a number of locations across the area of London. Make your way to Minories, treat yourself to a well-earned break and enjoy the cool, contemporary, relaxed vibe of the Abbey Bar. Or maybe enjoy the party atmosphere of The Gable found on Moorgate. This pub fuses modern and traditional styles through quirky and stylish décor and is a great choice for lunch, dinner and cocktails.
