Doors Open:8pm-2am.At Can You Dance To My Beatthe Tribe Records' boss Zepherin Saint spins a global house mastermix and the crowd dance until the sweat sparkles, fuelled by the excitement generated by deep, soulful house mixed with a panoply of rhythms, vocals and loops from Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East and beyond.Zepherin Saint significantly expanded the ideas and the possibilities of Can You Dance To My Beat by creating the first CYDTMB festival, with a fabulous line-up of DJs getting the chance to play an open-minded, big-hearted, freestyle musical mix.This took place in the Katavothres Club and on the beaches of the beautiful Greek island of Kafalonia (aka Cephalonia) in mid-August, with special guests including Joaquin 'Joe' Claussell, Gilles Peterson, Timmy Regisford and Djeff Afrozila, along with DJs from Djoon in Paris and the Katavothres Club joining Tribe Records' Kristel Morin and Zepherin Saint, resident DJ and founder of CYDTMB.
