★ Kieron O’Toole : Your host for the day is resident Heresy n Heelz compere & presenter Kieron O’Toole. Some say he is an entertainer blessed with wise words, wisdom & wondrous insight….others that he is just downright rude!



★ Frankie Lynn : Frankie has an extensive background in performance and dance. She started at a very early age in the competitive world of Latin American & Ballroom dancing. Through intensive training and dedication to her craft, Frankie Lynn was representing the UK in International Championships around the world by aged 12.



Since then, Frankie Lynn has explored other areas of dance and performance such as Burlesque, Cabaret and Performance Art, utilising her Latin American roots and energetic choreography.

★ Blush Dance Studios : Performers from Manchester’s premier pole school will take your breath away with gravity defying routines including for the first time at the Alt Fair, aerial hoop routines.

Situated on the ground floor, the lounge bar area offers a fully licensed bar, chill out area with settees & tables, and an outdoor smoking/seating terrace. with our very popular Vintage Tea Shop courtesy of Pear of Peas.

Venue Address : Sound Control, New Wakefield Street (off Oxford Rd), Manchester M1 5WH



Location : Next to Oxford Rd railway station. Easy walking distance from Universities, Gay Village & town centre



Directions : Narrow street by the viaduct bridge, Revolution Bar is on the corner next door



Parking : NCP on Charles Street behind venue + surface car park on Oxford Road on old BBC site, & University multi-storey on corner of Charles Street/Sackville St (cheapest only £2 all day), there is no parking immediately outside the venue.



Public Transport : Oxford Rd train station is next door, easy reach of bus stops on Oxford Rd, Picadilly train station 15 mins walk.



Admission : £5 on the door – Strictly over 18′s only (ID may be required)



Cloakroom : Available on first floor



Cash Machine : None in venue but lots within 1 min walk on Oxford Rd



Disabled Access : Sadly there is no disabled access to either the basement or first floor due to the age & design of the building, although facilities are provided in the ground floor lobby



Dress Code : None, but feel free to look FABULOUS whatever your style.



Photography : Whilst we tolerate the use of cameraphones & similar devices for personal use, if you wish to use a full size camera/SLR/video camera you will need a press pass. These are strictly limited and subject to a number of rules. Please contact us if you would like to request one. No flash photography of stage shows is permitted.
